Some need a daily desk, others drop in occasionally, and some just want the community without the workspace. So we built plans that cater to all.

  This is the heart of our coworking Vermont community. Full access during business hours with all the essentials covered. Designed for remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who need a professional space that feels as comfortable as home (but with fewer distractions).

• The Social

  Not everyone needs a desk, but everyone needs people. Our social membership gives you access from 4pm until close on weekdays. Join us for events, bar hours, or just hang out with folks who understand the difference between work chat and small talk.

• The Educator

  Teachers, professors, and education staff deserve a discount. This gets you the same benefits as our social membership at a reduced rate. Our small way of saying thanks.

• The RSVP

  For the occasional visitor who wants to plan ahead. Buy five day passes, get the sixth free. Perfect for those weeks when your home office walls start closing in or when you need professional meeting space for clients.

• Day Pass

  Sometimes you just need a change of scenery. Our day pass gives you access to our remote work space from open until close. Come stay for a few hours, make a new friend, finish that project, and enjoy good WiFi and even better coffee.

All memberships and guest visits are subject to our Membership & Guest Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership

   1. Membership to The Barre Social Club is granted upon acceptance of these Terms and payment of applicable fees.
   2. Membership options and associated fees are outlined on our website.
   3. Membership fees are payable in advance and/or monthly and are non-refundable.
   4. Memberships are non-transferable, unless specified under the membership plan.
   5. All membership types, unless otherwise specified, are billable to the individual member.
2. Access and Use

   1. Members and guests are granted access to The Barre Social Club during operating hours specified by management.
   2. Members and guests must check in upon arrival and adhere to all entry and exit procedures.
   3. The Barre Social Club facilities must be used for lawful purposes only, and members and guests must not engage in any disruptive or illegal activities.
3. Conduct

   1. Members and guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members, guests and staff.
   2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards other members, guests or staff will not be tolerated.
   3. Members and guests are encouraged to engage in collaborative and social activities within the club, fostering a supportive community environment.
4. Facilities and Amenities

   1. The Barre Social Club provides access to open coworking spaces, conference room and small meeting rooms, event space and telephone booth(s).
   2. Certain facilities may require advance booking and may be subject to additional fees.
   3. Members and guests are responsible for the proper use and care of all facilities and equipment provided by The Barre Social Club.
5. Payment and Fees

   1. Membership and guest fees are payable in advance, daily, monthly and/or annually and are non-refundable.
   2. Additional fees may apply for services or amenities not included in the standard membership package, including a service fee.
   3. Failure to pay membership or guest fees or other charges may result in suspension or termination of membership, or guest access.
6. Liability

   1. The Barre Social Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by members or guests while using our facilities.
   2. Members and guests are responsible for obtaining their own insurance to cover any personal or professional belongings kept within The Barre Social Club premises.
   3. The Barre Social Club reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any individual from the premises for any reason deemed appropriate.
7. Termination

   1. Memberships may not be terminated before their expiration date.
   2. The Barre Social Club reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for breach of these Terms or any other reason deemed appropriate.
8. Guests

   1. Members may invite guests to use the space only when the member is also physically present in the club.
   2. Guest access is granted at The Barre Social Club's discretion and is subject to an additional fee.
   3. Guests must abide by these Terms.
   4. The Barre Social Club reserves the right to deny guest access for any reason deemed appropriate.
9. Company Paid Memberships

   1. The L'Azienda membership option is the only membership type where a business can be the direct payee.
   2. Individuals' access covered under the L'Azienda plan must be designated to individuals (the designee).
   3. Once a membership is allocated to a designee, that membership cannot be transferred to another individual unless the original designee no longer works for the company. Proof of separation will be required. The Barre Social Club reserves the right to determine if the provided proof is acceptable.
   4. If the L'Azienda plan is terminated or expires, all individual access covered under the plan will also terminate or expire.
10. Amendments

    1. The Barre Social Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided to members via posting on our website (www.barresocialclub.com), email, or other reasonable means.
    2. Continued use of The Barre Social Club facilities following the amendment of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
11. Governing Law

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vermont, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington County, Vermont.
